315 Flow AI LLC (“315 Flow AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates 315flow.ai and provides AI automation and implementation services to businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide (name, business name, email, phone) when you submit a form, request a consultation, or communicate with us; communications and call notes between you and 315 Flow AI; and basic usage analytics (pages visited, device/browser type) via standard web technologies. We use Vercel Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site. Microsoft Clarity may capture aggregated usage data, heatmaps, and anonymized session replays to help us improve the site; sensitive text and form inputs are masked by default. How we use your information

To respond to inquiries and provide our services; schedule and confirm consultations; send service-related and, where you’ve consented, follow-up or promotional messages; improve our website and services; and comply with legal obligations.

SMS / text messaging

When you opt in to receive texts from 315 Flow AI — by submitting a form with SMS consent or by providing your number during a consultation — the following applies. Message types: appointment reminders, consultation confirmations, replies to inquiries, follow-ups, and (where agreed) occasional promotional messages. Frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance, or contact mike@315flow.ai / (315) 400-8999. Your mobile information will never be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is never transferred to, or shared with, any third party or affiliate. We share data only with the service providers that help us deliver messaging and run our business (e.g., our CRM/communications platform and SMS provider), only as needed to provide the service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with service providers who process it on our behalf and are obligated to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), subject to this Policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data are excluded from any sharing for marketing or promotional purposes.

Data retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/accounting/reporting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing mike@315flow.ai. Opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP; opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We may update this Policy; the Effective date reflects the current version, and material changes are posted on this page.
